Data Request Process

For external records requests, please email publicrecords@highline.edu.

For Highline employees:

Sign into the HelpDesk and select Data, Research & Reporting for the request type.  You will be prompted for more details about your request.

Please be prepared to answer the following questions:

1. What larger question are you trying to answer or what problem are you trying to solve?

2. Are you requesting data for a grant or other compliance requirement?

3. If there is a specific reporting format or form that you need to fill out, please attach that document or provide a link to it.

4. What academic years would you like the data to cover?

5. How often will you need this report/data? (e.g., annually, quarterly, one time, etc.)

6. Is there a specific deadline for this request? (Please note, we require a two week minimum.)
